How are the goods shipped?

The products in our range are shipped within Germany by DPD. We ship abroad via DPD, DHL or SPRING - Global Delivery Network. We always choose the cheapest provider for you. The selection depends on the country, weight and dimensions of the shipment.

Small shipments are delivered within Germany by DPD Parcelletter. These are usually delivered to the letterbox. 

For larger volumes and quantities, we commission a freight forwarder.

What about delivery time?

We will, of course, process your order as soon as we receive it.

The estimated delivery time is displayed in the shopping cart.

Shipping costs:

We offer free shipping on all orders within Germany with a merchandise value of €29 or more. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are €1.99.

For deliveries abroad, the shipping costs vary depending on the country, weight and dimensions of the package. You can see the shipping costs in the shopping cart after you have placed your items in the shopping cart.
